Today VIDOM 112 arrived with the announcement of my lecture at the next Leica Historica Meeting.
The meeting will be at Wetzlar on 1. and 2. April 2017.
The title of my talk is: „Leica und Exakta – zwie bedeutende Kamerasysteme im Vergleich“ („Leica & Exakta – a Comparison of two Major Camera-Systems“. The lecture will be in german, erverybody is welcome! See you next year in Wetzlar!
German Leica Historica e.V. just announced a special and limited edition of the Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246), especially for its members!
It’lll be engraved: „Leica Historica 1975-2015″. It also has the limited serial number on it. The finish of the M is silver chrome.
In Addition there willl be a special edition of the APO-Summicron-M 1:2/90 mm ASPH, also in silver. It has the special engraving too.
Please note these two fine pieces can just be obtained by the members of Leica Historicae.V.

Leica Historica Herbsttreffen 2013 – die Leica im Film
Leica-Freund Carsten Schouler hielt den Vortrag beim diesjährigen Treffen von Leica Historica auf Burg Staufenberg. Der Titel: Die Leica im Film ließ einen interessanten und entspannten Abend erwarten. Wer hätte gedacht, dass die Leica so oft in Hollywoods Spielfilmen vorkommt? Ein interessantes Themenfeld. Ein gelungener Abend!
